Mrs J is a pensioner with diabetes and poor mobility. While at her home to fix her washing machine, the engineer found the plugs to the cooker, fridge and extension lead were all in a dangerous condition. Two flexes were trailing too close to the cooker and were burnt. Our engineer ensured all were made safe before leaving.
