Safety Equipment for families with small children
The project will be able to fit safety equipment for families living in one of the Neighbourhood Renewal areas who have children under four. This service is being provided with the support of the Camden Sure Start network.
This service is available to people living in one of the 10 Neighbourhood Renewal areas:
- Gospel Oak
- West Euston
- Kings Cross
- Camden Central
- Caversham
- Kilburn
- Highgate New Town
- Holborn
- Bloomsbury
- Adelaide
Priority will go to families in receipt of benefits or who for other reasons could not buy or fit the equipment without help. Following a safety check free equipment fitted could include:
- Stairgates
- Cupboard catches
- Window locks
- Furniture corner cushions
