Carries out a wider range of repairs for people with disabilities and older people who live in Hackney.
Its priority is to support people who wish to remain living independently.
Top priority goes to those who Social Services have assessed as needing support to remain living at home.

Electrical
Sockets, lights, raising and moving fittings
Plumbing
Washers, taps, plumbing in washing machines
Security
Smoke alarms, locks, glazing, spy-holes
Home maintenance
Fitting curtain rails, repairing doors, cupboards and windows
Handrails
Grab-rails, banister rail and external metal rail
Heating repairs
Electric and gas fires, central heating (CORGI registered), radiators.
Appliance repairs
Washing machines, fridges, gas and electric cookers.
Disability equipment
Manual wheelchairs (not DSS chairs), some repairs to electric wheelchairs.
